Open this if you are giving a speech within the next 90 days…

Hello friend, first of all… long time no see!

I’ve been dormant for a while so here’s a quick reminder on me and what I’m about:

I’m Chereese La-Vonne and I genuinely believe that we all can live a life of bliss.
I offer coaching, retreats, and a new podcast (more on that later) that help you and I achieve said bliss!

Today, I have a special FREE offer for visionary leaders (entrepreneurs, creative business owners, coaches…) who have to deliver a speech on-stage some time within the next 3 months.

Join me on YouTube for a 3-Day SPEECHWRITING SPRINT to get your speech idea from seedling to full-blown keynote in record time!
We start tomorrow August 22, 2025 and I will be going LIVE at 2:00 PM CST each day to share my easy 3-step process to writing a speech that does the things you want it to.

Here's the link to the first session: "Your Next Summit Talk - What to Keep and What to Leave Out"

Let’s talk about that for a little. Why do you need to care about what you keep in and out of your speech? Well, it depends on what you want your speech to do.

If you are invited to speak at an industry summit, a conference, or give a presentation; you are likely doing it with one of three things in mind:

  • CONVERT - You want to convert as much of the audience as possible into paying clients.
  • CONVINCE - You want as many people as possible to buy-in to your world-changing philosophy.
  • CONNECT - You want to grow your online following and amplify your network for opportunities.

Well, my friend, that’s exactly what I will be guiding you through.

By the end of the 3-day sprint you will walk away with:

  1. A polished, powerful talk (that moves people to feel and to act)
  2. Clarity in your messaging (for now, and future opportunities)
  3. Tools to command the room (get a roaring response! No more polite applause.)
  4. Confidence in delivery (connect with the audience instead of hiding behind a script or slides)

This challenge can also work for you if you don’t have an upcoming speech planned (yet!) but want to be prepared with a brand-aligned message for when that day comes. If so, you are also welcomed!

Hello friend, First of all, I know that my recent emails have been more about public speaking, than soul/spirituality, which is probably why you signed up for my email list in the first place. If you don't resonate with this content, jsut replay "no thank you" and I will take you off the list of public speaking related stuff.I would argue, though, that confidence and communication are absolutely related to all things wellbeing, but I'll respect your wishes!Okay, with that out of the way,...

dear friend,i went to see Alok Vaid-Menon, trans comedian and activist, perform in mexico city last night, and the thought i left with was: “this person wants me to be more free”as an openly queer woman, it teared me up, to be honest… because though society sometimes labels it as ‘love’, what i’ve heard more than anything else from the people i grew up with is “i want you to be just like me, and if you’re not… you’re not worthy”now, Alok and i share the same mission. i want people to be free…...
